Refund policy

Donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable, as funds are put to use for the dogs quickly.

Mistakes

If you were charged in error or twice, contact us within 7 days with your payment reference and we will arrange a refund.

You can pause or cancel a monthly donation at any time by contacting us.
