Surrender is a permanent decision: once a dog is surrendered, ownership transfers to VoV and cannot be reversed.

Our team will review the request, speak with you, and arrange a visit. We will ask for identity proof, and you will be asked to sign a surrender agreement at the shelter.

If you are struggling with food, medical bills or housing, tell us. There may be another way to help you keep your dog.
